10 is the new minimum PSR gain so it works as intended. It might be decreased to 5 soon tho.
I dont know why you had to change it, but in a game or 1650 a guy with 1850 doesnt get a point, now prob a guy with 2000 will get 10 points in 1500 game. that is what is wrong.

The thing was when you get high psr you get to play with better players.
