Cen, you said what is min amount of points you can get/lose.
What is the maximum (if there is some)?

Also there was a PSR calculator in the past. I don't have the link anymore, it didn't work after moving from pd.eu to la.com anyway...

There is no max.

PSR calculator is kinda useless because you have to input PSR for each player. But if anyone wanted to make it, I can provide the code and even basic PHP skills are enough to convert it into a web tool.

I don't agree with this.. EM should stay, but the minimal win/loss ratio should be different.

And about you Commy and your only CD is real dota, EM is not and other bullshits. IF Icefrog would want dota to be played only in NORMAL MODE, he would not make EM. EM is a little more dynamic, faster items, the focus on items and strategies is different. Is it better than Normal mode? No. Its different. Its an absolutely different approach to dota.

So if you could stop comparing EM to Normal mode, that would be fucking great.

I like EM and Normal mode. I Play more EM cause its faster - a LOT! Am I a dota player? YES, just play different mode.

Its like saying that bomb maps are not real counterstrike, only hostage rescue is real counterstrike.

That's an incredibly inaccurate comparison.

It's more like this: normal dota is like bomb site/hostage rescue counterstrike, and em dota is like playing counterstrike with cheats. (or extra gold or whatever comparison you want, clearly not how the game is supposed to be played)

There are several different game modes in many games, which are completely irrelevant because they deviate far too much from the game itself, yeah you can play them, but that doesn't mean you are still playing the real game, like for example counterstrike with knifes only, you have tens of weapons in the game and you play only with knifes, sure, go ahead and do it, they exist, but that doesn't make it relevant and it doesn't make it real counterstrike.

You can be the best knife player in "counterstrike", that's irrelevant in real counterstrike, someone who is used to playing with weapons will easily humiliate you, similarly, you can be the best em dota player in "dota", that's irrelevant in real dota, someone who is used to low amounts of gold and gold income will easily humiliate you.

And ONTOPIC of course it's a good ideea to remove it from -em, there's no reason to allow fast psr gain in games which finish 9999999999 minutes and are easily won with no brain by just picking a carry and autoattacking.

-em was not removed from games, you just don't get the +5/-5 min PSR if you play it

Try applying these "bonuses" only in games where there are psr differences smaller than 100 or 200 psr between the players.
