There was no reason for such a heavy sanction ( 7 days ) !!!?? He was playing all the time ! Staff members cannot be carried by the anger and give sanctions every time we get mad at someone.
Blakchole didn't insult you, he didn't family flame anyone... So why mute him till the end of game ?

We all make mistakes sometimes so that is a reason we have to work as a team to minimize mistakes ( talking about Staff members ). It is always good idea to ask Admins or Head mods about some problematic situation before giving final sanction.


Also please provide screenshot of wisp he sent to you. @Brandy

I mean... i don't want to argue... Now i feel like you are calling me a racist...
It has nothing about your nationality. And you are not first person i banned... There are other nationalities too and even worse sanctions.
I denied your unban request because you left the game before it ended in rage while two of your teammates had 20 seconds before respawn and maybe could def Throne. It was 4v5 from 20th minute... You made it 3v5, autoban was off, so by leaving the game you ruined chance for your team to defend and maybe win the game.
If i get approval i am willing to change sanction. That is all i can say...
Also you have to change your behaviour during games and not use family flame , please .?

e) National Intolerance/Racism
          - Insulting or cursing a nation as a whole is considered as national intolerance/racism.
          - However, referring to a person by its nationality, e.g. "f*cking serbian/turk/etc" still counts as Common Flame.


So what Yves wrote is Family related flame !

 c) Family related flame
          - Any insults or curses directed towards family members of a player are considered as family related flame.

So you see... I know the meaning of your words. You are using " son of a whore " too many times...
And yes, i think i am doing my job well, first i read everything, translate and depending of situation and player i give sanction.
So you and Yves broke Ingame Rule - Family flame ( not in the same game ), but what you did is not same to what he did. Right ?
One family flame sentance in 5 years can't be compared to your constant family flame in just few games.
I will repeat what i already wrote... First time family flame  ( only one sentance while being provoked ) from player like Yves is only for warn ! And i think i was not wrong about that decision...

I would like to discuss this matter...

First of all, i don't have nothing about you being Turk or any other nation, it dosen't matter.

About yves-laurent... He has 0 warns, 0 bans for last 5 years. So that was his first time breaking Ingame rules. That was the reason he got warn as sanction. I agree he could use !ignore command when you provoked him. If he did so, i guess he would never write the words he wrote.

First time Family related flame... I was lead by the Sanction table... Also he didn't use any bad words after that first family flame. Trust me, i would ban him if he wrote it again in the same game. He was provoked, but still that doesen't give him right to family flame anyone !

You have 80 games, new account i guess... ( i don't want to check your other accounts, i guess you have more than one )... And in that short period you broke Ingame rules few times ! So comparing player which is playing for many years and has 0 warns and 0 bans to player which has 80 games and 3 times broke Ingame rules... I am not his protector, but i think warn is enough for the first time family flame in past 5 years.

You left in anger... I watched reply, Enigma tried to def at the end, wasn't afk till the end. Maybe if you stayed in game, you could def and try to win. I can copy more from chat log where you using family flame in Turkish language...

I agree to remove ban from your account if head Admins say so .?
But please don't family flame in games, you do it often during whole game...


I hope my explanation was helpful and i am awaiting reply from Admins. My goal is not to ban Players, though i have to protect the Ingame Rules and sanction breakers of those rules.
