Sejtura when i opened a ban request u didnt ban a guy who is not turkish who used these words :

U didnt ban him because  i started vote twice to him. Even to the ban request u didnt ban him u gave warnings to both of us. In every single game people start vote it is not a reason for these words. As i know if you are not the primary person you can not ban someone if there is no ban request on him. So in this topic i didnt swore to you + they stayed afk while we can won that game. If start voting twice is a provocation staying afk in the last combat is also a provocation. I opened an unban request for a game that i quit in mnt 33 which was over in mnt 34. You didn't unbanned me plus u ban me for family related flame. So i have 3 question:
Why u didnt ban yves-laurent then? If because of provocation then why u ban me? Is this because im Turk?

Guys i really dont understand this sejtura guy. He banned me as 2nd family related flame. But i didnt banned before. Also he didnt unban me because of this leave. That game ended in 34.03. I quit on 33.36 and i was playing while enigma is afk. He banned me for family related flame (no one open a ban request) but he didnt ban enigma for being afk. Guys please help me to understand maybe i am an idiot. As i follow the rules no one in this game open a ban request for me but im banned and enigma who stay afk is not banned. And i didnt banned before but im banned as 2nd family related flame. Please admins are also human and it is a mistake but i think he is doing it on purpose.

You should have applied sanction on this.


Regarding the Rule you Quoted , note that it is said :

“ 0. General codex:
i) Reporting anything you are not directly involved is not allowed.”

This rule is made for Players, Sejtura is a Moderator .
Second thing is that he applied a full sanction after a report has been made.

`Moderators work is to investigate at minimum the situation that is reported, but has ability to also investigate and apply sanctions about anything he see ,regardless it is family flame or game ruin and so forth.

`about Your ban , i can see from Chat that he had reasons to sanction you for Votekick [command abuse] , but i dont see Family Flame involved , or at least nothing before he insulted your nationality and family.
Sejtura please provide copy from the chat previous to minute 16 where HACIDAYI insulted his family.

Firstly thank you very much for attention. All i trying to say is i left a game that was already over. I couldnt control my rage it is a fault but as i said that game was over and it ended 30 seconds later. So it was an ordinary unban request. When someone insulted my family he didnt ban him but he is investigating my unban request, dont unban me ( can you please look at this game in your free time jimmy), and he ban me because i swore to afker. It just doesnt make sense to me

First of all, i don't have nothing about you being Turk or any other nation, it dosen't matter.

About yves-laurent... He has 0 warns, 0 bans for last 5 years. So that was his first time breaking Ingame rules. That was the reason he got warn as sanction. I agree he could use !ignore command when you provoked him. If he did so, i guess he would never write the words he wrote.

First time Family related flame... I was lead by the Sanction table... Also he didn't use any bad words after that first family flame. Trust me, i would ban him if he wrote it again in the same game. He was provoked, but still that doesen't give him right to family flame anyone !

You have 80 games, new account i guess... ( i don't want to check your other accounts, i guess you have more than one )... And in that short period you broke Ingame rules few times ! So comparing player which is playing for many years and has 0 warns and 0 bans to player which has 80 games and 3 times broke Ingame rules... I am not his protector, but i think warn is enough for the first time family flame in past 5 years.

You left in anger... I watched reply, Enigma tried to def at the end, wasn't afk till the end. Maybe if you stayed in game, you could def and try to win. I can copy more from chat log where you using family flame in Turkish language...

I agree to remove ban from your account if head Admins say so .?
But please don't family flame in games, you do it often during whole game...


I hope my explanation was helpful and i am awaiting reply from Admins. My goal is not to ban Players, though i have to protect the Ingame Rules and sanction breakers of those rules.

Enigma is playing till the end? Dude sorry but it is just annoying and funny. He didnt defend mid when they came mid. So the issue here is you are investigating the game. (Idk why maybe you are doing your  very good or you got problem with me because it is a really ordinary unban request) let say you are doing your job very carefully and you ban me and forgive enigma; can you please explain me why you denied my unban request? Man this game was over. I was dead when i left and they finish it just after 30 seconds. Isnt it a big conflict?

On the other hand idc about his past. He insulted my family he said i will rape your turkish family dog. If he said it to me or someone else face  to face probably he wouldnt have a face after that. Im not usually open ban requests because of flame be cause sometimes i did it also. But the problem is you denied my request and ban me withouth any report. Btw i also dont have any previous bans.

When i died there was a 90 sec couldown for respawn.  So we couldnt win the game anymore. We could win it when they came mid while enigma ,who i swore, fought

And yes, i think i am doing my job well, first i read everything, translate and depending of situation and player i give sanction.
So you and Yves broke Ingame Rule - Family flame ( not in the same game ), but what you did is not same to what he did. Right ?
One family flame sentance in 5 years can't be compared to your constant family flame in just few games.
I will repeat what i already wrote... First time family flame  ( only one sentance while being provoked ) from player like Yves is only for warn ! And i think i was not wrong about that decision...

          - Insulting or cursing a nation as a whole is considered as national intolerance/racism.
          - However, referring to a person by its nationality, e.g. "f*cking serbian/turk/etc" still counts as Common Flame.

Man what u dont understand is i can show you numerous flames which are not reported and players are not banned. Okay you check my game and u see i flame. (Lots of flame). You banned me ok deserve. What i didnt understand is why u did also deny my unban request. I think it is because you dont like me (idk why). As i said in my opinion if reported flame like i will rape your turkish family dog is a bigger issue than swearing an afker who has already muted you. It has nothing about your nationality. And you are not first person i banned... There are other nationalities too and even worse sanctions.
I denied your unban request because you left the game before it ended in rage while two of your teammates had 20 seconds before respawn and maybe could def Throne. It was 4v5 from 20th minute... You made it 3v5, autoban was off, so by leaving the game you ruined chance for your team to defend and maybe win the game.
If i get approval i am willing to change sanction. That is all i can say...
Also you have to change your behaviour during games and not use family flame , please .?

Ye i will do my best to change my behavior. I wont type snything here but lastly why u are resisting dude i dont understand. When i died my respawm coldown was 90 sec and i didnt have buyback. so my team doesnt have antchance to win. Also they didnt want to win. Enig didnt def mid. Nvm.. it was an ordinary unban request. I didnt lie like connection error or fatal etc.
