Lag while playing

Hi there, I wanna ask you since I got a problem with lagging issue.

I used to play a lot on PD bot and everything was fine, meaning I got stable connection, my ping  was at about 25-40ms all the time and yet I do lag for the past 2 weeks, it goes like this .. I can start the game with no troubles and have like 20-30 ms, yet if the game lasts 1 hour or so, common game time, my ping gets upped into 150-200 ms for a few seconds 3-10x per game and it gets fixed in few seconds, its very annoying if played properly

I was searching throw this forum and found similliar topic where I can find this : " -ping server.eurobattle.net -t and it gimme : bites 32, time 40-50ms, ttl55

and what to do now ? is there any way how to deal with these lags ?

I am pretty sure its not my internet problem, I got stable vdsl 16mb internet connection + my PC is fine too
