No, you won't get your psr back, even though bot crashed. Only thing that will happen is that you will get unban if you were autobanned during the bot crash.

If this has happened because of PD Bots, then your PSR will be recovered, same as for everyone else.
But if this has happened because XPAM went offline, then PSR probably wont be recovered.
