Question about warden system and access to it info

In one of my game (http://playdota.eu/stats/game/2884004/ap-eu-1600-1), 1 player accused another of using maphack. Of course, the later denied, then the former put something like this in team chat:
07:14    stefos007 (Allies)    he detected from Warden system

Then in the next game (http://playdota.eu/stats/game/2884320/ap-pdeu-1650), our conversation continues:
02:15    stefos007 (Allies)    35285 | loup | f-fhack.flt | 022233422434 | RD //PD.eu // 1750+ | playdota.eu.80 | 2011-11-13 21:06:18

I have read that PD uses a warden system to detect mh user, however I cant seem to find it anywhere on forum. Besides, the one who talked about it is not one of PD's moderators.

So, was it just a bluff from stefos007? Cause the person in question (with suspect i mean) has never been banned and is still not. Or despite the warden warning, someone must request ban? If it's the case, I would like to know where stefos007 got that information.

You can talk to stefos about that, he was the one who mention it in the first place.
