Use "-lock" command no psr gain.

I thought that tis suggestion was made by someone else but I couldnt find it. So:
 
  To stop game owners abusing "-lock" command by locking players with better K/D/A (kills/deaths/assists) ratios in their team. This way they get players who psr is lower but K/D/A is better and when they use !balance and it writes 50%-50% in reallity it is not so.I suggest that every game where game owner locks someone is not counted in psr rating system. Sure some people want to play with friends and some want to abuse this command. I am ok with wanting tp play with friends but if you are playing with friends then psr should not be important to you....

Few days ago i saw moron handpicked his entire team and then locked them all......and then he was using !balance like crazy wondering why is nothing changing .......Using excuse there is some bug with playdota bot .....

Why lock is cool command:

U get 2-3-4 players (who are your friends, and u want them to play with)

You are free to leave the game lobby whenever you want. its up to host to decide who he/she will play with and/or balance the game. If you dont like it, go host your own game.

i played many games with 4 friends, stacked, and ofc they have 1900+ psr and we find some guys who wants to play vs us (they usually get +9 -1 or smth like that, so they say, np lets try to win) and we start.

So, im risking to loose 8-9-10 psr every game with friends, but does it matter? Im playin for fun...

Probably the case of this guy is in games like apem noobs only where the people dont always look at psr but k/d/a which for noob game is normal as people dont play support heroes like in some pro games ^_^
