GProxy Error

Hi guys. I need help...so move ass and help me.
After installing the new operating system (XP) can not run gproxy. Many times I reinstall  W3, Bnet Patch and Gproxy but always get the same error when I run gproxy. Here is the print scren.


Just I dont understand wtf is that??

i m not at home i dont know the dll name exactly but you can try this one too :PP

so dl this
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr100

and than go to your windows folder/ system 32 and put it in. try if it works, if not than try to put that file in your gproxy folder, if that still doesnt work than try to install visual basic
write that in google (visual basic download) (its free)
