I cant host..plz help

Hello im new here and i just enterd the playdota.eu channle in the eurobattle server and tryed to create some custom games...

and then when i tryed the playdota.eu server sent me this massege;

Unable to create Game..only contributors can host at the moment.


So How do i contribute..
