If 60KG is a fat-free body, then he lost 1/4(60 out of 240) of his fat in 1 month. 
Losing 25 KG of fat for 2 months is not hard especially when you have a personal trainer and motivator. Moreover changes in weight for the actors is not only for their own health, but also for their careers.

For the first guy, he did good job, but he only lost weight, Jerry from Entourage lost weight and got pretty nice figure.

For Christian Bale, he was too skinny imo, way too skinny. And for that last picture, no way he can get that kind of muscles from nothing, he definitely took something.

The bottom line is, that people can lose weight fast, I just said that Jerry did an awesome job.
