I would like to know if it is any way to play with playdota bots without recording stats.

There it used to be the rpg bots, but now... I don't know any way for that.

Why do I ask this? It's easy.
I hate joining a public game "arso eu pro" (for example)
Once game started, host inputs -ar as mode (no switch on) I ask why, answer: we are all 5 friends, same clan.
Then your realize that you are fucked up, they are probably using centrilo, teamspeak, skype, whatever you like most.

With a no stats bot, all this clans can create games and practice, and what's more, that would be a great way to start playdota championships.

Don't you think?

Check this.
You can still create custom maps with the .map and .gopub commands.
Same as rpgBOT.

Of course you can create game with no stats recording, that's called custom game, read "Creating any other (custom map) game:" from How to create game with playdota.eu bot topic as ek0 said.
