!Pause ( mby new command)

*bot* sorry its not possible to pause the game after the pause ends, you have to wait 5/10 mins
this could solve the spam problem with that command..

about this abuse, i m sure only 10% of players will abuse it. Why ? Because if they write !pause 60 sec they must wait too = fail = no abuse

about it making limit team can use it only once per 5 min so 1 pause 1 min others need too wait 5 min

I think it would work but there must be many rules specified. How much one team can use it or using it more than twice by one team will not let them use it any more. With many games i play i haven't seem that game have to be paused more than twice.

Warcraft 3 has pause, 2 per player, if it is a tournament/cup matter it should be discussed when and how much pauses a team can do. Besides, i don't think that is a bad idea but still  if you want  pause command it should be possible to be given or taken away by the host, just like !pause on all, pause is on to all players, but if someone abuse it just !pause off "playername" or !pause off all.

Its better that every team has 1 or 2 pause in the game of 1 min(if 2,secon can not be within 10-15 min mark after the first),and it can't be unpaused...so there can't be spams or abuses
And what is 3-4 min(if used) in DoTA of 60 min
