Let's unban Vaikiss.
He had a little fun, sure, but I think Perma-ban is just too cruel. Maybe a month ban, but nOOOOOO you had to ban for ever.
Anyways, he said that he won't kill any fountains again.
Imho he changed.

If he makes unban request maybe he gets unban but with spamming general forum with it he wont get it for sure.

This watched means that mods. are watching you
You get this if you reach a number of %
You get % by breaking rules on forum, like spamming,flamming etc

They can remove your watched but for that you have to do something on this forum, what exactly i dont know, you can try it with be active in the Grapichs section
