I see no flame here, thats just sarcasm... He was refering to you, and then you asked "me?" so he said not you, your mum...  He could replace "your mum" with anything like your dog, your computer...

I denied it cause there is no flame there.if it went like

there is many ways to tell him but ingame you cant write essays so idiot is the exact word for that but if strictly taking flamerulez its insulting some1 but its some sort of low flame, imo it shouldnt be restricted its sort of like noob, the mother and other relatives insults are very hard
