More Ban & Unban Moderators!!

So,I checked the Ban Requests on forum and I was shocked,there are at least 15 pages of BAN REQUESTS not to mention UNBAN REQUESTS,and when I scrolled down to see are the mods online there weren't any...
I'm asking forum,do you think we need more ban & unban moderators or some idea to lower the Ban & Unban requests because people are posting all the time and they want their answer...
What do you guys think? Do we need more mod's or do we need the old mods ONLINE more ?

You should change your poll question with "Do we need more ACTIVE Ban & Unban Moderators?". Now the unbaning thing is going good but only 2-3 mods do the job. Otheres just answerd few requests just to show that they still exist.
