always having to !statsdota <nick name>gets annoying very fast expecially with the weird names out there jus take mine for eg.
about the flood, u mean it would flood the bot like take up 2 much resources? or it will flood the chat? if so then u can make it automatically be off and then the host use !statson or sumthing to turn it on.
or u can make a command !stats allbut this would cause flood for sure
When I create game, while we r still in lobby i check most of players stats on site. There I can see by one glance is player feeder, leaver,average or good. There r players who has 1 game with score 50:1. That 1 game boosts stats. But I agree that it should be written k/d/a, W/L score when player joins game. Its not a flood.90% ppl are only thinking about stats when they r playing. That good, but they only keep eye on their kills. Point of game is to win. When I play, to me only win matters and it should be only that way. Obsession with kills can lead to lost game. For example when Zeus or Maiden steal kills from Mort or some carry. If u watch gosu replays, they have 1 or 2 carrys and they only farm and take kills. Others have boots and 2 bracers all game and ganking all game. 90% ppl cant understand that. In almost every game I hear something like this "Omg I need some kills, I have no kills". Ppl think if u kill then u have gold. 1 group of creeps brings more gold than 1 kill. I dont know how stats r calculated, but win should bring more those "stats points" than score like this one : 20/2/10.Cheers
I suggest something similar in other topic.Rax, courier kills and detailed stats like creps kills/denies is not nessesary.We already have little flood when someone with banned nick with same IP try to join.In my opinion that short stats would be more useful than annoing.Also would be great if we could use !sd <*nick*> instead of !statsdota <nick>.
