1vs1 games

I'm hosting some 1vs1 games and i noticed that if the other player leaves (that always happens because i'm too strong) the game finishes in draw and with 0 0 0 stats. Moreover you can't ban the leaver (the command !banlast doesn't work). I really can't understand the logic behind this. If someone can give me some explanations...

You cant ban him bcs bot leaves the game too (1v0)
and you are not allowed to ban some1 when its not a dota ladder game, only in 5v5 you are allowed

Rules are ONLY applied in 5vs5 games...

And stats are counted only in 5vs5 games too. Why ? Because some other guys can use this for stats abuse.
Imagine 2 friends want to boost stats, one of them create a " test account " and he let his friend pwn him hard in 1v1 game and vice versa..
This will be so baaad !

1v1 is for fun dude .

but what if he abuse bugs when he type -test its not laddered game so no ban
