Cant connect to pd.eu

Im using proxy now, but without it i cant opet playdota.eu site or eurobattle.net
also i cant connect to ebnet in game..

I'm from croatia, and my other friends cant connect, all of them who i asked to try.
I dont know what to do, does pd.eu block croatian visitors or it is my ISP?

It is strange because only pd.eu and ebnet dont work for me :/

We don't block any visitors based on nationality.

People from Croatia, Serbia and possibly other countries are having the same problems as you. A lot of players complained about it yesterday afternoon.
There is a problem with some ISP, it will work again as soon as their ISP fixes it.
