Game didn't save the stats

Here's the link for that game. It longs about 1hour 2 min but in game stats menu shows nothing include time and player names. Game name rdso eu 5v5 pro #6 creator da_pimp.

There are 2 types of games: DotA Ladder games & Custom games.
This game is a custom game.

How we know the game custom or dota ladder games?

I think, that the only difference is the trigger you can use commands (I'm not sure if there is something else).
In game lobby you can type "?trigger" and you will know.
If it is "!", then the game is DotA ladder.
If the triger is ".", then the game is custom.

(?trigger)gameinfo is always available and will tell you if the game is dota ladder or not among other things.
