!checkban command

Sometimes I have problems with people abusing this command. When they got muted, they start typing !checkban "example: fu host, fuuuuu". Or making game nearly unplayable like here: http://stats.playdota.eu/?p=gameinfo&gid=1041115 (12-14minute).

I would suggest, that it should whisper back result. I dont think it is usefull, that all can read it. Thanks.

Yeah that would be a lot better. If it just gets whispered to yourself.

It is implemented in new bots. It will be quite impossible to spam cause after 3th time you will be wispered back.
