u must make a rewuest at eb.net for bad manars

on pd.eu u can give them the gamelog
but on other bots u must write /p /time and make a ss

ban request, with link and preferably time when he flamed. Then just watch th ban hammer.

If he is wisping you, you have to make screen shot with /time and post it on www.eurobattle.net forum under the bad manners report. Their are solving those kind of requests.

if he flamed u in a pd.eu game u can report him here ( http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php?action=post;board=9.0 ) and on eb.net under bad manners ( http://eurobattle.net/forumdisplay.php?f=479 )
on pd.eu he ll get a warn and ban
and on eb.net he ll get mute or lock for some days

but if the host wasnt playdota.eu.# u can report him only on eb.net ( http://eurobattle.net/forumdisplay.php?f=479 )
but before u make a ss ( screen shot ) u must write /time and /ping and than make a ss

so in the ss /p and /time must be seen .
