There is a point of that all.

If that mod used word "plugger" there should be also used word" banned" and make an action about that.
If he would lose connection really (because that happens) calling someone plugger is not nice.

Plugger - leavig without reason
Loosing connection - leaving because of not your foult.

Both things brings a "lost the connection" in the game info, however using word plugger is more to LEAVER.
