Need some info about lagg...

dunno why but im lagging in games.
checked on speedtest,beocity.net and its normal,i can watch movies,anything online without any problem,but when i join a game im getting hard laggs...my ping is about 200-500...
is there any good reason why am i getting laggs or just Telekom is screwing with us?

A lot of people from Serbia complained about lag tonight, i guess there's a problem between your internet provider and our server, i got no lags as usual, 24ms ping, I'm from Croatia.

...I'm from Serbia too and i have no lags at all...i've just checked : according to bnet my ping is 45 (as usual) and according to pd.eu's bot its 24 (less than usual)...

last game me and my friend had both lag between 200-400

at one game we entered, my friend typed !checkme and bot said 47 ping and next moment after host pinged us he got kicked from lobby cuz of 500 ping

ADSL serbia is fixing somethink...btw i use telenor srbija its wirelles trough SIM cart...i have 100ms but i didnt dc never...i dont lagg too...
