look i know him from before his name is giuliano stroe and he does body building at so much young age that isnt good for health,heart and heigh..when he will get older like older i mean out of teenage years his biceps will slowly flow down and he will never grow height and have heart and health problems..that is sad for a kid like that young..

i actualy have 1 friend who was lifting heavy weights  since he was 15~

his height hvnt changed at all ever since then  i was like 159 and he was like 162  , now im 208 and hes 162

so yeah  heavy weight lifting at young age (before u turn 21) is so fucking awesome
