Can we leave game after 35 min?

if a game takes longer than 35 minutes and it is unbalanced. like 4v2, 5v3, 3v1 ...... and other team refuses switch according to your rules sw is not NECESSARY after 35 min, and they also refuse rmk, can i leave without ban?? if not what must i do:
                      1. ruin my stats trying to fight them
                      2. stay at fountain and waste my time until they decide finishing
                      3. ??

  NOTES: If number of players in the opposing team is greater than 3 players and the game mode includes -so (-switchon) you are free to leave the game without ban;
               If number of players in the opposing team is greater then 2 players and the game mode does not include -so (-switchon) you are free to leave the game without ban;
               After playing 35mins, switching is not necessary.



the game was including -so and the number of players in the opposing team was greater than 2... so there are no rules for this

if it is 2 player difference you cant. But if it is 3 or more difference you can leave anytime without legally.

ok so i must waist my time, in an unplayable game???. i requested ban for sentinel team because they were +2 and game was -so and they refused sw and rmk..... why didnt they get banned?

it became 4v2 at 37th minute. so it wasnt necessary to switch.

So if oponent team has 5 players (5 is "greater" (wrong word btw) than 3) and in my team theres any number of players(which doesnt matter cause the rule doesnt mention it) and the game includes SO command => I can freely leave!!! This mean I can leave 5v5, 4v4, 5v4,... and so on, doesnt matter what other conditions of the game are.

This rule is obviously made wrong. Insufficient. It had to be rewritten.
