Ban

Hello admins
In last game, 10 seconds after start i have power off in my town and get banned for 3 days
I never get out of game and ruin game on that way
Is there option to get unban because it is not my fault

The autoban is increasing each time with 1 day, untill maximum of 7 days.
Example : u had 4 days. Next time u will get autobaned 5 days ... and so on till 7 days.
