Inappropriate moderator behavior

Moderator was ignoring clear flames instead of !muting. Later he started to talk shit like "if i wanted you would be banned", "i will check replay and ban you" etc. To be clear i dont care about being banned but such behavior still annoys me. I understand, i'm drunk at friday and behave bad but a moderator is still a moderator and should comply to the rules
