Not even a warning? ignoring is easier? why should I ignore wnen someone insults

As I remember this was a game platform and all the games under this platform is regulated by some rules... ok !!!... then when someone insult me from this game platform and ignoring the regulations... why should I ignore ... why cant ı complain about it... and when I complain and ask the moderator to at least warn the person... The Moderator simply tell me to ignore it...
May I insults anyone and tell them to just ignore it

Correct decision. I feel your point but, we soften rules a bit, you are advised to use ignore command.
