Anti teamplay Steal Aegis Votekick Abuse Sabotaging Teammates Game Ruining

I am going mid first but he dont say anything and come mid.After tossing me enemy tower.I am going woods and he steal my woods.After i am going to kill roshan and he steal my aegis. He only did this for the first ten minutes.

1-Sabotaging Teammates, Game Ruining, Anti teamplay
Tiny went mid lane with ursa. Tiny toss luna to ursa and that was good opportunity to kill her. Ursa didn't react to this move. Tiny tossed ursa to luna. But ursa didnt attack luna once again besides ursa didnt got any damage. I think ursa misunderstand tiny because he grabbed the rune which is really necessary for tiny.
