Known leaver, in 10 games he must to do it. Every time the game is ruined when he do it. Please check for ban avoiding.

as I was that bad puck who he left for, there might be another thing to consider prior reviewing this request.

that guy only played 3 games on this acc since his previous ban, prior leaving mid game again, might be worth checking his multies as it seems to be his habit.

He left the game and he was autobanned. But his behaviour made his own team lose on purpose. we  consider this as refusing to play.
