This guy is angry because i reported him for insulting and then he got ban, and now he textet me personal message on lagabuse and did 10x more insults from the last time! After this HARD INSULTINGS and this is 3rd time!!
This guy should get PERMANENT BAN ON IP ADRESS!!!
I can not find more bannable reason for this guy to get what he deserves.

No need to. The player is still locked. You can check hes lock statuss here https://eurobattle.net/banlist cice\s one of the accounts is albanian_style. Also PM isn\t something that is bannable. It\s personal ... not on the forum nor ingame. Cheers. Funny tho that you wrote a ban request after so much time PM accrued. . .
