A rapid drop in electrical power caused my modem to restart. As soon as the modem rewired, gproxy was unable to reestablish the connection, after a few attempts it returned but I had already been knocked out of the game.


5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.

I feel bad because I discovered the battle net after 8 years without playing dota, in my first game I fell out of the game and I was banned.
This kind of problem is not frequent here, I apologize to those who were affected in the game.
