No balance in lobby - not bannable. You are free to leave such games.

The only rule being applied here is this:

      f) Refusing to Votekick a player who is ruining the game (mass feeding/sabotaging team mates or the game etc) may lead to a ban.

So the real question is: was this mass feeding? Well, around 0-6 he did try to recover going woods but with terribly placed ward and only threads in min 15. So yes, he absolutely should be kicked for mass feed.

However, you really should have insisted and paused the game to force the votekick, nobody even pays attention otherwise. So no ban for this, only warnings issued

It has been brought to my attention after the fact that the refusing to votekick rule is in direct violation to our votekick rules which forbid votekicking an innocent player.

          - The !votekick command should only be used against players who are ruining the game intentionally by feeding on purpose, exposing or destroying items, abusing bugs/cheating, obstructing allies etc.

Rules have been updated to mention "intentional mass feeding".

Therefore, all warns removed.

Trax remains noted.

Since this was a very bad case of unintentional feeding we will discuss internally if rules should be changed further to apply for such cases.
