He isnt breaking any Rule , he is behaving like a DotA player.
He isnt insulting anyones Nationality ,Family or Religion, or abusing his Powers ingame.
If you dislike his Attitude [ no pun intended ] , i strongly suggest avoiding him, same like any other person u dislike.
