5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
I got random Leshrac and went for the bounty, while blood seeker "-James-" stayed at t3 tower and didn't do anything, after i got ganked by 3 of them he called me a retro, so i decided to go mid since he was clearly not a team player, and i couldn't rely on him. When i got there he wrote on all "kill him" and "03:51   -James-   [All]   ubi go ne te mavam" translation from Serbian to English is "Kill him i will not attack you" and that is what happened, he even blocked me and let the enemy hero escape. When i made him aware of the fact that he will get banned for that, he continued to flame me. So i could not let that slide.
As in ingame rules 2.a - Common flames and 7.b - Sabotaging Teammates.
I expect a proper ban time so he can think twice before doing this to anyone else.

Hi,ill just make it clear for you.
1. You went on scourge's side of the map alone and attack Slark knowing that his team will come as soon as possible and ofc you died.
2. Went middle lane even Bloodseeker already went mid and announce it!
3. You walked around enemy tower and let her hit you few times,Slark jumped and killed you.
4. I don't see any intentional feeding by Bloodseeker.
5. And for Insulting :

          - Retard, idiot, b*tch, motherf*cker and similar expressions are considered as common flames.
          - Excessive usage of common flames in one game (which i don't see) may lead to a ban.
