Just as helpful addition: Dr.Neo.CorteX in most of my games (well, it was ~month ago or so, but still) was afking (refulsing to play) for like 30-40mins per game;

One case i can remember very well, and might even find that game if need - he was Rylai and after some feed fest he sold everything except a blink, then blinked into some top trees and was blinking around there for entire game; And wasting ulti by cd for the new year show)

My friend was also in most of these games, so he is the witness too @HookerSabri

I`m sure this clown (Dr.Neo.CorteX) has just provoked someone again, while having completely zero game knowledge.
People with zero game knowledge should not have the right to ruin the game. Unlike the experienced ones for whom it is allowed of course.
