Can you precise at least 2 moments when it was clear he was using it?

just pls check the game, and he blinked to all teammates where we are ... durring the whole game.

He mostly hooked and blinked when they had vision there. Sometimes he missed blind hooks and at one point he didn't kill a low hp invisible invoker right near him. Also, he was waiting for someone to come to the rune at start althrough no enemies were around. Didn't find any suspiious moments, if you have some particular ones to report, provide the timecodes
