For votekick abuse: !denied (you didnt got kicked and let's say it wasnt spam, this time)
For national intolerance: !denied (not enough for ban)

About "son of a bitch"; this can be a common expression (like motherfucker) but it was reported to often and ultycd was warned by me before, to not use it (warned in game) + I recall that we also denied a similar ban req for him. I will go with a softer ban, for now, and harsher one if he does it again. RogueKnight said it just 1 time so let's forgive him.
