 BAN FOR : litle_devil  reason - no vote for kick omni who feed them + he was afk 15min in base and no play  probably he w8 for end but we was good and we can win ez but 3v5 cant ...
BAN for : leg9 -- EPIC MEGA GAME RUIN -he used all obs in our fountain + we had riki and he bought gems nonstop and he go die on mid and get them gems + in the end he game saved yet +he bought curriers and send them to them to die for getting them golds +he was afk few times +he was solo no in team etc ...fatal bastard.

They all voted, just at different times. I don't think they were refusing to kick on purpose, just couldn't organize themselves to vote all at once.
