Not yet fully determined, perhaps my computer is just a pile of junk...
Couldn't find anything on my PC, I only got the Gproxy log file as proof:

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation!
I began to lag from the beginning of the game, my ping was on average between 50 - 60ms, and occasionally it would jump up to 200+ms. At one point of the game I completly lagged out. Everything seems to be working fine on my computer (or at least good enough to support a game that's over ten years old), so I really don't know what happened.

Its related to some bug, and it usually happend on begin.
