Also this quality______ guy is in your rival team. Of course your hero's death will please him. Noone says sorry or cries after killing your hero (like; What have I done! I am really sorry..)

Not enough for ban, word 'poor' is not insult for me, you could just !ignore him after this but when he do it game was finished so thats it, i cant ban him for that word, sorry my friend.
You must understand that this is a game, not some court when noone is allowed to use word mother, he didn't use it in a bad manner.
