Can i have my own nickname ?

I have played on eurobattle.net for 4-5 years but i just decided to register on forum
Unfortunately, i have seen someone using my nickname and he introduce himself as my name (Zven) in this topic ;

Please change my nickname to original one.

You both registered on 5th January and its hard to determinate who is the real one. If you ask me, it really isnt big deal if u have lower dash (_)  in your nickname. But if it is a big deal for you, I will need some proof that you are real Zven.
You can either send me whisper in game from Zven, or you can tell me from which email you registered Zven account.

Actually it is not a big deal having lower dash but when someone else uses my in-game nick it bothers me.

im not sure cen will change it if the acc is being used by someone else so i guess he have to create another acc or to w8 till he stops playing with it
