Dota bugged out completly, couldn't choose or random any hero

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation!
Okay,the game started normally and my antivirus alt tabbed me because of an rescent update. When I got back to the game everything bugged out. I couldn't choose a hero because all the hero icons had some weird screens showing "-1" icon for Sentinel heroes and "-2" icons for Scourge heroes. I didn't know what to do so I tried to random a hero and to use -unstuck, but nothing helped. After some time and lots of pointless efforts to remake the game, someone kicked me because I was "AFK" for too long...
