There are ways to counter this Hero/Build , but...

Point was to Give Insights about Counterpick
If 1st pick was Tinker , what would be the best possible Hero Counter for him , and what items should be first and prioritized.
So that people could actually pick more than 10 heroes in Pool , and not to be afraid of failing

I had a situation where the 1st Pick was WISP, and people were so Freaaaakiinn Confussed xD
Or people who dont know how to Counter Visage Tank Build {examplez}

Imo, current counterpick awareness of the Server is that Bloodseeker passive reveals Slark. and he not use Ulti and we pwn Slark, and thats it

Basicly When i said Tinker [dagon,ethereal,bot etc] , i wanted to discuss actuall picks who can really counter it, and discuss the item build priority vs it.

without dagger you dont have the initiate to set up the good scenario that favours you, so without dagger no chance. Btw basically every well farmed carry can kill him if he catch him first with hex->abyssal->than activate bkb and finish him he is not dead yet in case of etheral blade get diffu to remove that too and chopchop. But fight is depends on who disable/stun the other one first imo.

imo best Possible Counterpick is
Thrall
1st [ keeps him from using Dagger and keeps the pressure ]
2nd [ good for Returning him, all knows Tinki Jumps into action ]
And Last and most important , Ultimate of Thrall [ Sceptered ] , disabling his Inventory.
So basicly ,yes, Thrall is the best counterpick.
Inventory can differ , i would go with >

Scepter

Priority is on Scepter , After Linken , and Hex/Orchid last

I'd go with heroes like Huskar or Pudge

Build for Huskar : HoT 2x ; Travels ; Dagger ; AC and Satanic

Build for Pudge : Pipe/Hood ; Aghanims ; 2x HoT ; Dagger ; Travels
