This idiot from early game was callign everyone around dogs, thinking hes "good" at dota..
Later if his "dog" insult were ignored he started flaming by nations, mostly via whisper but few times in game:

Guys dont get me wrong , i love to use my ban hammer.
I can gather material on 99% of players that play on this server to get them banned.
Im trying to keep the situation calm.
So, if i ban Rage for Flaming u in that game , i would have to ban u also for Family Flame and National Intolerance.
Then you both are gonna log on different accounts, then someones gonna report you for ban evading.
After i will have to check Both IP's , and ban all your accounts.
Then you both are gonna rage for getting banned on all acounts.
And so on , and so on.

So, Rage34 Warned, go play DotA. let me deal with the situation here.
