About map hack site themes.

I think that u need to find right guy who can control the map hack requests there are a lot of but noone can respond to all of them find someone who can ban all that guys which mh is detected

There is not reason to ban them only for that someone reported them....
I am inactive atm and coming back tomorrow..so be patient.
