i didnt copy anything dude :p , to be honest, I just played with b/c ,color balance etc..  also the blurr

Ye , Blur Blemish , my bad . I Blemished the mountain then i blured it.
Then i altered the water in HD . And i added the RedEye Effect on the Sunshine/Hair part.
