Just dont understand how someone like 6ur get promoted to Head Hacks Moderator..maybe he is ok for that job but for playing he is freak and nob. I thought when i get 1600 or high psr i'll play with good players or just normal but this is so funny. There's so much selfish idiots and guys that are "fullofself". I'm sorry because 6ur is example but its reality,maybe its better to start playing trapem games..when every nob have 1700,1800 and 1900 psr or they just dont want play games with +0 psr!

Another crying post. The solution is simple, but as I see you can't get it by yourself, so here is a hint:
Host your own fuckin game, then you decide who plays and who not. You can check everybody and kick them if you don't like. You can even kick admins from lobby, that's the owners right, and after playing around 50-100 games in 1600+ games for example you will barely know about everybody's behavior and playstyle on your psr level.

Anyone who has clean history and is able to do some work properly (there's training and stuff before you actually can become a mod) can be moderator regardless of his/her playing skill/style/way etc.
You can be noob, you can play noob games, -em games or w/e and you still can have a chance to become part of the staff.

And by clean history he means either be friends with higher-ups, or asslicking higher-ups, or not calling them out on their bullshits when they make them (because truth hurts and they don't like to be reminded of it). You also have to completely deny the mistakes of the higher-ups in public and also to insist that they did nothing wrong, for example like many do here in this thread for 6ur, whether he did/didn't do something wrong, and I can't be bothered to check the thread to see if he did/didn't do anything, I just checked the astaguy reply.

Actually, it's not true comy, we don't recruit people who are friends or ass-lickers, we're actually trying to avoid that. And yeah, we did/do have staff members who had previous warnings for different rule-breakers but they all revised their behavior and now they are important parts of the staff. Trust me, 6ur became what he is today with hard work, he was a "little" hacks mod and after that he achieved his promotions by his own well-doing and for the help he gave to this community. That's how things work, no1 ever recruited "his friend" around here. Cheers

I didn't want to say you need to be friend with VIPs or staff members nor I wanted to say you need to lick someone's ass.

When I recruited new ppl for B/U mod I did never actually choose someobne for simply being my friend or something like that.
When choosing new ppl we were trying to get as much info as we can and we base our decision on what we find about the guy.
