One player started to lag, my teamnate commented it (= I was still online). Then I saw another player getting disconnect (and message about being autobanned). Then just "You were disconnected" button.

[GPROXY] disconnected from remote server

+ error on your side seems to be supported also by the fact that link to this game does not exist (I can send you replay directly if you want).
